Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our mobile grooming services.

1. Appointment Scheduling:

- Appointments can be scheduled by phone.

- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or customer may be subjected to a fee.

2. Payment:

- Payment is due at the time of service.

- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

- A deposit may be required for large bookings or specialty services.

3. Pet Health and Behavior:

- It is the owner's responsibility to disclose any health or behavioral issues concerning their pet.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet exhibiting aggressive behavior.

4. Safety and Security:

- All pets are required to have to to date Rabies vaccinations administered by a veterinarian unless verified proof from a veterinarian, or under four months of age.

- Our groomers will take necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of your pet during grooming sessions.

- Please ensure that your pet is given to us in properly fitted collars. 5. Your Rights:

- You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information stored in our database.

- You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the emails we send.

6. Children's Privacy:

- Our services are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.

5. Grooming Process:

- Our groomers will perform grooming services to the best of their abilities, based on the information provided by the owner.

- We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as grooming results may vary depending on the pet's coat condition and behavior.

6. Privacy Policy:

- We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without your consent.

- Your contact information may be used to communicate appointment reminders, promotions, or updates about our services.

- While we take utmost care in grooming your pet, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the grooming process.

- Owners assume full responsibility for their pet's health and well-being before, during, and after grooming.

- Our mobile grooming services are available in specific service areas. Additional travel fees may apply outside of these areas.
