Appointments:

    • All grooming services require an appointment.

    • Appointments can be scheduled by phone or online through our website.

    • Walk-in appointments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation/ Late Arrival and Rescheduling Policies

  • Cancellation/ Late arrival Notice:

    • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours in advance.

    • We will accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

  • Fees:

    • A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time.

    • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.

  • Grace Period:

    • We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

  • Beyond Grace Period:

    • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure timely service for all clients.

    • Please call ahead if you anticipate being late. We will do our best to accommodate you, but rescheduling may be necessary.

  • Repeated Late Arrivals:

    • Consistently arriving late may result in additional fees or the requirement to prepay for future appointments.


 

Owner Absence and Groomer Access Policy

 

For your convenience, Le Puppery offers an owner-absent and groomer-access service as part of our mobile grooming business. If you are unable to be present at the time of your pet’s grooming appointment, our groomers can enter your home to collect your pet. This service is designed to ensure a seamless experience for both you and your pet. Please note this service is not for first-time clients. Here are the key points of this policy:

Access Arrangement

  - Owners must provide clear instructions and necessary access (e.g., keys, door codes) for our groomers to enter the home.

  - Access details should be communicated at the time of scheduling the appointment.

Pet Pickup

  - Our groomers will enter your home, retrieve your pet, and bring them to our mobile grooming unit.

  - We take utmost care to ensure your home is respected and secure during the pickup process.

Groomer Conduct

  - Our groomers are trained professionals who will conduct themselves with integrity and respect.

  - Groomers will only access areas of your home necessary to retrieve your pet.

Notification

  - You will receive a notification (phone call, text message, or email) confirming that your pet has been picked up and when they are being returned after the grooming session.

Owner Responsibilities

  - Ensure your pet is easily accessible and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

  - Inform us of any specific instructions or preferences regarding home access and pet handling.

Liability

  - While our groomers take every precaution to respect your home and belongings, Le Puppery is not liable for any accidental damage occurring during the pickup process.
