Authorization to Seek Veterinary Care

Owner Authorization

   - By using Le Puppery’s services, owners authorize our groomers to seek immediate veterinary care if, in our professional judgment, it is necessary for the health and safety of the pet.

   - This authorization includes transportation of the pet to the nearest available veterinary clinic or emergency animal hospital.

Cost Responsibility

   - The pet owner is financially responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred during the emergency, including:

     - Examination fees

     - Treatment costs

     - Medications

     - Any other related expenses

   - We will make every effort to contact the owner or the designated alternate contact before seeking veterinary care. If we are unable to reach you, we will proceed with the necessary care to ensure your pet’s well-being.

Follow-Up

   - After the emergency is resolved, Le Puppery will provide the owner with a detailed report of the incident and the actions taken.

   - Any veterinary records or bills will be handed over to the owner.
